The surface area of the faces averaged should be considered when combining face normals for the vertices. This isn't as big a deal as the bug originally was.

* Title changed from: {"n2lMesh compiler computes vertex normals per surface"} to {"n2lMesh compiler computes vertex normals by face normal average, instead of weights."}
* Description changed from: {125 chars} to {158 chars}
* Severity changed from: Normal to Low
-------------- User notes follow:
I half fixed this. Lighting is per-vertex now (when requested in the model), but not weighted properly.
