Right now the mouse inputs are hacked into the engine level. This is bad.
The binder needs to know how to handle these events and process them accordingly.
This is extra difficult at the moment because if ! sending a port, then it should be shut off, and with the inputs through the binder, it won't know what commands to negate based on other mappings.

I think we can give a miss to binding axis in the input binder. Buttons are mapped properly and that's enough for the testing release.
