Prevelent surface type must be definable in a ship class, hull model

We have biological ships sounding like scraping metal, also stupid.

In reality what this should do is use differnt objects from the hull model and match them to object names in the definition file so that different parts of the model can sound different and throw different debris when hit. This would also be useful for subsystem damage application, something that is quite weak at the moment.
