There needs to be some way to define sets of triggers and actiosn once and import them into all scenarios. Perhaps a good way to do this is in the php definition generator, but it doesn't feel like it.
Having generic triggers like this could generalize and simplify things like jump scene, spacial compression and other cut-scene-ish things. It would be really nice if it were possible to have generic triggers/actions for things like assigning orders to wingmen, but that seems kind of complicated.
Perhaps the best overall solution is to implement something along the lines of trigger and action "templates" which can be filled out during initialization.
Perhaps mission files can have simple Trigger Always and Action Import type mechanisms so there are general templates and their use can be optional. That combined with arrays of overrides seems like a pretty good solution.
